Selling and Running Auctions on CryptoMart

Create a Listing

Go to Create Product, add an accurate title, detailed description, real photos, category, condition, quantity, shipping terms, and search tags. Choose one listing format:

  • Buy It Now — set a fixed USD price
  • Auction — set a USD starting price, private reserve when needed, minimum increment, and start/end time
  • Auction + Buy It Now — add an immediate-purchase price and select when that option stops being available

Select only the supported tokens and blockchains you are prepared to accept. The winning or purchase obligation stays in USD; the settlement quote determines the exact crypto amount later.

Auction Rules

Set enough time for buyers to inspect the listing and ask questions. Auction terms are protected from material changes after bidding begins. Published settings can include anti-sniping timing, available quantity, payment window, and Buy It Now policy.

Manage the Auction

Use My Listings to review bids, watchers, status, promotions, and settlement progress. Depending on the final state, seller tools support relisting and eligible second-chance offers. Administrative actions and material auction transitions are recorded for auditability.

Fulfill the Order

  1. Review the order and settlement status
  2. Wait for independent blockchain confirmation of escrow funding
  3. Ship only after the order enables shipment
  4. Add the carrier, tracking number, and tracking URL
  5. Respond to buyer messages or dispute evidence requests
  6. After delivery or adjudication, monitor release status until custody execution is confirmed

Seller Best Practices

  • Use specific titles and original, descriptive photos
  • Disclose condition, defects, included accessories, and shipping limits
  • Set realistic auction starts, reserves, increments, and payment windows
  • Accept only token-and-chain combinations you can support
  • Never ship before the funded state is confirmed
  • Keep all communication and evidence in the order workflow
