Shipping Types

Adding Tracking Information
After shipping a physical item, sellers should:
Go to the order detail pageEnter the tracking numberEnter the carrier name (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL)Optionally add a tracking URL for direct tracking accessClick Mark as ShippedFor Buyers
Once the seller adds tracking:
The order status changes to SHIPPEDYou can view the tracking number and carrier on the order pageClick the tracking URL to follow your packageWhen the item arrives, click Confirm DeliveryShipping Best Practices
For Sellers:
Always use tracked shipping methodsAdd tracking information as soon as you shipPack items securely to prevent damageShip within the agreed timeframeFor Buyers:
