How Appeals Work (L2 Super Admin)

4 min read 432 views v1Updated 2026-06-01

Appeals Process

If you disagree with a dispute resolution, you can file a single appeal to a Super Admin (L2 arbitrator).

When to Appeal

  • You believe the original arbitrator made an error
  • New evidence has emerged since the original decision
  • You believe the process was not followed correctly

How to Appeal

  1. From the resolved trade page, click "Appeal Decision"
  2. Explain why you believe the decision was wrong
  3. Upload any new evidence
  4. Submit your appeal

Review Process

  1. A Super Admin (L2) reviews the original decision and all evidence
  2. Both parties may be asked for additional information
  3. The Super Admin makes a final, binding decision
  4. If the appeal is upheld, the escrow decision is reversed

Important Notes

  • Each dispute allows only one appeal
  • Appeals must be filed within 7 days of the original decision
  • The Super Admin decision is final — there is no further appeal
  • Filing frivolous appeals may result in account restrictions
