Appeals Process
If you disagree with a dispute resolution, you can file a single appeal to a Super Admin (L2 arbitrator).
When to Appeal
- You believe the original arbitrator made an error
- New evidence has emerged since the original decision
- You believe the process was not followed correctly
How to Appeal
- From the resolved trade page, click "Appeal Decision"
- Explain why you believe the decision was wrong
- Upload any new evidence
- Submit your appeal
Review Process
- A Super Admin (L2) reviews the original decision and all evidence
- Both parties may be asked for additional information
- The Super Admin makes a final, binding decision
- If the appeal is upheld, the escrow decision is reversed
Important Notes
- Each dispute allows only one appeal
- Appeals must be filed within 7 days of the original decision
- The Super Admin decision is final — there is no further appeal
- Filing frivolous appeals may result in account restrictions
