SMS Messaging Consent

CoinExchange.Cash offers an SMS messaging program to deliver account-related communications directly to your mobile device. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from CoinExchange.Cash for the following purposes:

• Phone number verification: One-time passcodes (OTP) to verify your phone number during account setup or when updating your phone number.
• Security alerts: Notifications about account login activity, password changes, and other security-related events.
• Trade updates: Alerts about trade status changes, escrow events, and counterparty actions on your active trades.
• Loan alerts: Notifications about loan payment reminders, collateral health, and liquidation warnings.
• Prediction market updates: Results and settlement notifications for your prediction market positions.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from CoinExchange.Cash through the following method:

• Website opt-in: After creating a CoinExchange.Cash account, navigate to Settings > Notifications and enable the SMS notification channel. You will be asked to provide your phone number and explicitly consent to receiving text messages before the SMS channel is activated.

By checking the SMS consent checkbox and enabling SMS notifications, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated text messages from CoinExchange.Cash at the phone number you provide. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase or use of the platform.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the notification types you have enabled. You may receive:

• Verification codes: 1-3 messages per verification attempt
• Security alerts: As needed based on account activity (typically 0-5 per week)
• Trade and loan alerts: Based on your trading/lending activity (typically 0-10 per week)

Overall, you can expect to receive approximately 2-20 messages per month, depending on your account activity and notification settings.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages sent and received. CoinExchange.Cash does not charge any additional fees for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard rates will apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

You can stop receiving SMS messages from CoinExchange.Cash at any time by:

• Replying STOP: Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from CoinExchange.Cash.
• Website opt-out: Log in to your account, go to Settings > Notifications, and disable the SMS notification channel.

After opting out, you may still receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. To re-subscribe, follow the opt-in process described above.

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
