Appeals Process

If you disagree with a dispute resolution, you can file a single appeal to a Super Admin (L2 arbitrator).

When to Appeal

  • You believe the original arbitrator made an error
  • New evidence has emerged since the original decision
  • You believe the process was not followed correctly
  • How to Appeal

  • From the resolved trade page, click "Appeal Decision"
  • Explain why you believe the decision was wrong
  • Upload any new evidence
  • Submit your appeal
  • Review Process

  • A Super Admin (L2) reviews the original decision and all evidence
  • Both parties may be asked for additional information
  • The Super Admin makes a final, binding decision
  • If the appeal is upheld, the escrow decision is reversed
  • Important Notes

  • Each dispute allows only one appeal
  • Appeals must be filed within 7 days of the original decision
  • The Super Admin decision is final — there is no further appeal
  • Filing frivolous appeals may result in account restrictions
