Verification policy
Trade supported assets using payment arrangements agreed with your counterparty. Verification can be required in limited cases. Eligibility, verification, limits, custody, and availability depend on the selected live route, provider, risk controls, and jurisdiction.
When identity verification can be requested
- Volume. Larger or more frequent trades, and higher limits, can require verification before they are enabled.
- Payment method. Some payment methods and providers carry their own requirements, and a seller can set conditions for the methods they accept.
- Risk. Risk controls, disputes, chargeback signals or suspected misuse can lead to a verification request before a trade, release or withdrawal continues.
- Law. Legal and regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction, or the counterparty's, can require verification for some activity or block it entirely.
What this page is not
This is a summary, not a promise that any trade will proceed without verification. The live route shows its own conditions before you confirm. Read the terms of service and the risk disclosure before trading.
