CXCASH (CxCashV2): privacy world-basket stablecoin on Aztec mainnet — fixed-weight FX basket, public basket price, private balances and transfers.
0.35% per send (min 0.05), capped at 1%; gasless sends; transfers can't be paused.
On most blockchains, address activity is public by default. CXCASH on Aztec is designed so shielded transfers hide sender, receiver, and amount on-chain while keeping total supply and the basket price auditable.

Open cxcash.appCXCASH (CxCashV2) is a privacy world-basket stablecoin on Aztec mainnet, live since 2026-10-04 04:09 UTC. Transfers use zero-knowledge proofs to shield sender, receiver, and amount on-chain. For more stability than USD alone, CXCASH tracks a fixed-weight basket of six fiat currencies (USD 40%, EUR 28%, CNY 12%, JPY 8%, GBP 7%, CHF 5%). Launch-day reference FX rates are stored immutably in the contract; the basket price started at 1.00 USD and moves with live rates versus those anchors (price = sum(w_i * rate_i_now / rate_i_launch)). Balances and transfers are private on Aztec; total supply and the basket price are public.

CXCASH is issued by CoinExchange through the CxCashV2 smart contract on Aztec mainnet. Minting is controlled by separate keys with a daily mint cap and a public mint log; only authorized operators can mint new tokens.

CXCASH is built on Aztec, which uses zero-knowledge proofs (ZK-SNARKs) to shield transfers by default. Unlike transparent ledgers, CXCASH is designed to hide sender, receiver, and amount on-chain. Balances and transfers are private on Aztec; total supply and the basket price are public. Network metadata, off-chain data, and information you share with counterparties may still be observable.
Private balances are shielded on Aztec; total supply and the basket price remain public. Privacy reduces public linkage but does not guarantee anonymity, untraceability, or protection from wallet, device, network, or disclosure risks.
Zero-knowledge architecture is designed to reduce public linkability of shielded transfers. This is not a guarantee: implementation bugs, network metadata, endpoints, and off-chain records can still reveal information.
Financial privacy is widely recognized, but rules vary by jurisdiction and use case. CXCASH provides shielded transfers similar in spirit to confidential bank records, but it does not exempt users from tax, reporting, or compliance obligations that apply to them.
0.35% (35 bps) per send, minimum 0.05 CXCASH, capped at 1.00% (100 bps) in the contract CoinExchange buy/sell orders may also show platform fees before you confirm.
CXCASH sends are gasless: the contract fee sponsor pays Aztec network fees from its own Fee Juice, so users do not need Fee Juice for sends (subject to fair-use limits). New wallet activation is sponsored by CoinExchange.cash; users pay only the CXCASH transfer fee.
Oracle updates reject any single-currency rate move greater than 5% from the last value. If no price update arrives for 24 hours, the basket price is marked stale and CoinExchange.cash stops quoting CXCASH until the price is refreshed.
Separate keys control minting (daily mint cap with a public mint log), price updates, and fees, plus an offline admin key. Emergency pause stops only minting and price updates — transfers cannot be paused. There is no upgrade function.
Aztec is a privacy-focused Layer 2 rollup on Ethereum. Batched private transactions settle to Ethereum with ZK proofs while keeping shielded state off the public ledger.
