Shipping Types

| Standard | Regular postal or courier service |

Adding Tracking Information

After shipping a physical item, sellers should:

  • Go to the order detail page
  • Enter the tracking number
  • Enter the carrier name (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL)
  • Optionally add a tracking URL for direct tracking access
  • Click Mark as Shipped
  • For Buyers

    Once the seller adds tracking:

  • The order status changes to SHIPPED
  • You can view the tracking number and carrier on the order page
  • Click the tracking URL to follow your package
  • When the item arrives, click Confirm Delivery

    For Sellers:

  • Always use tracked shipping methods
  • Add tracking information as soon as you ship
  • Pack items securely to prevent damage
  • Ship within the agreed timeframe
  • For Buyers:

  • Provide an accurate shipping address

  • Confirm delivery to release the seller's payment
  • Open a dispute if the item doesn't arrive within a reasonable timeframe

    For digital products or services:

  • Select "Digital Delivery" as the shipping type
  • No tracking number is needed
  • The buyer confirms receipt after downloading/receiving the digital item
